§ 05 — Cloud & DevOps

Cloud & DevOps services in Delhi, so your systems stay up.

Infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, observability — so your engineers ship, your systems stay up, and your bill stays sane. Cloud & DevOps is one of seven disciplines at Techmixin, run from Delhi by senior engineers with deep cloud-native experience.

§ What we build

Infrastructure you can read, review and trust.

We design, codify and run the infrastructure behind your products — and leave it documented, automated and in accounts you own.

Audit your cloud →
  • Cloud architecture

Well-Architected reviews across AWS / Azure / GCP. Cost, performance, security, reliability.

  • CI/CD pipelines

From push-to-main to staging to prod — automated, observable, rollback-able.

  • Kubernetes & containers

Proper container strategy — not everything belongs in K8s, and we'll tell you when it doesn't.

  • Infrastructure as code

Terraform and Ansible modules you can read, review and reuse across projects.

  • Observability & SRE

Logs, metrics, traces, alerts, runbooks — so 2am doesn't become a mystery.

§ Stack

Boring infrastructure, on purpose.

We use the right tools — mature or new — based on whether they'll still be here in three years. For infrastructure, that usually means the well-trodden path.

  • AWS, Azure & GCP

Architecture and migration across all three major clouds, including serverless and event-driven designs.

  • Docker & Kubernetes

Containers where they help, and an honest answer when a simpler setup will do.

  • Terraform & Ansible

Infrastructure as code, reviewed like any other code.

  • GitHub Actions & Jenkins

Pipelines for the services our backend team builds, or for yours.

  • Security & compliance

SOC2 / ISO readiness, OWASP hardening and secrets management, through our IT strategy & consulting practice.

§ How we work

Audit, codify, automate, observe.

01

Audit

A Well-Architected review of cost, performance, security and reliability. Findings plus ranked remediations.

first
02

Plan

Migration strategy, phased plans and cost models — decisions, not a 90-page deck.

before change
03

Codify

Infrastructure as code in Terraform and Ansible, reviewed and versioned.

04

Automate

CI/CD from push-to-main to staging to production, with rollbacks that work.

05

Observe

Logs, metrics, traces, alerts and runbooks, in place before go-live.

Steward

Monitoring, fixes and cost reviews as you grow. A named engineer stays on your platform.

§ Casework

Where uptime is the job.

The products in our casework are ones we designed, built and still actively maintain. The clearest test of uptime was our first government-backed platform, which set a new bar for security, accessibility and uptime in 2025.

  • National tourism platform

A Government of India initiative promoting battlefield tourism across the nation — content platform, booking flows and multilingual support.

  • Field-force EMS platform

An offline-first enterprise platform used daily by field teams, still actively maintained.

  • Ongoing stewardship

We stay with the products we ship, through launches, rewrites, new platforms and retirement.

§ Questions

What CTOs ask about their cloud.

Which cloud providers do you work with? +

AWS, Azure and GCP. We run Well-Architected reviews across all three, covering cost, performance, security and reliability, and build with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions and Jenkins. Where a serverless or event-driven design genuinely reduces the operations burden, we use Lambda, Cloud Functions, queues and streams.

Do we need Kubernetes? +

Not always. Proper container strategy matters, but not everything belongs in Kubernetes, and we'll tell you when it doesn't. For smaller systems a simpler container or serverless setup is often cheaper to run and easier to own. We make that call in the audit and planning stage, with the cost model in front of you.

Can you audit our existing cloud setup? +

Yes. A cloud audit is a Well-Architected review of cost, performance, security and reliability, ending in findings and ranked remediations rather than a 90-page deck. Advisory engagements can run as short as 2 weeks, and audit work often starts within 3 days of agreeing the scope.

Do you set up CI/CD pipelines? +

Yes. We build pipelines from push-to-main to staging to production that are automated, observable and rollback-able, using GitHub Actions, Jenkins or your existing tooling. Each pipeline ships with logs, metrics, alerts and runbooks, so a failed deploy at 2am is a documented procedure, not a mystery.

Who owns the cloud accounts and infrastructure code? +

You do. Every project ships with full IP transfer, clean git history, complete documentation and access to all cloud accounts in your name. Our Terraform and Ansible modules are written to be read, reviewed and reused, so your own team, or any future team, can run the infrastructure without us.
