Yes, often. Many of our best engagements start with "the last team left us this mess". We start with an audit, ship a stabilisation plan, and take it from there.
For fixed-scope and embedded-team work, we prefer projects of at least 4 weeks. For advisory, we take on engagements as short as 2 weeks.
Our core team is in Delhi, India. We work with partners across India and neighbouring time zones. For global clients we align to overlap windows and do weekly in-person-quality video reviews.
