Techmixin is a technology studio from Delhi — independent, founder-led and deliberately lean. We are not chasing headcount or a pitch deck. We are chasing the craft.
We believe software is craft, not content. That the difference between good and great shows up in places most clients never see — the test suite, the migration plan, the 404 page, the error copy, the log format.
We believe in accountability. When something breaks, the engineer who built it picks up the phone — not a project manager translating.
We believe in fewer, better. Fewer projects, fewer people, fewer meetings, fewer layers. Deeper thinking, tighter work, smaller invoices for things that actually matter.
We believe AI is a tool, not a product. When it helps — we use it. When it doesn't — we don't pretend it does.
We believe in staying. We stay with the products we ship, through launches, rewrites, new platforms and retirement. Software is a long game.
Techmixin Technologies is founded in Delhi by Sourav Gola. The initial focus: custom mobile applications and backend systems for founders who wanted something more considered than an agency template.
The core bench grows — iOS, Android, backend and design specialists join, most of them from senior roles at larger firms, drawn to the smaller, higher-ownership way of working.
Our first healthcare network and field-force EMS go live. A computational astrology stack ships. The studio starts being trusted with full product ownership — strategy, design, build and support.
Chandan Kumar Thakur joins as CTO, formalising the platform and architecture practice. The CRM & Enterprise Systems discipline launches, led by senior Salesforce and Zoho engineers.
A handcrafted-fashion marketplace launches on iOS and Android. The studio ships its first government-backed platform — a new bar for security, accessibility and uptime.
The AI Studio launches as a distinct discipline inside Techmixin, focused on production-grade agents, copilots and intelligent workflows — with the same craft standards as the rest of the studio.
Founded Techmixin in 2021 after years building mobile products for Indian and global startups. Today Sourav leads the studio's direction, client relationships and product strategy — still personally involved in every engagement we take on.
Chandan leads the studio's technology direction — architecture, platform, AI, and the hard backend problems. With deep experience across Java, Python and cloud-native systems, he's the quiet senior voice behind most of our critical design calls.
Every client talks directly to the engineer or designer doing the work. Translation layers are where meaning dies.
Clients get access to repos, task boards, staging environments — from week one. No theatrical "big reveals" at the end of a sprint.
We don't ship and disappear. Bugs we wrote, we fix — at no cost, for as long as you've paid for active maintenance.
We decline work that's outside our strength, or that will predictably fail. Saying yes to everything is how studios become mediocre.
Every system we ship has README, onboarding notes, architecture diagrams and runbooks. Code without context is a trap.
Trends come and go. We use the right tools — mature or new — based on whether they'll still be here in three years.
Either as a client or as a collaborator — we're always open to the right conversations.
